Parents Dinner & Prospect Party |
- Doors open at 6pm w/ meal at 6:30
- Parents, prospects and prospect's parents all welcome
- Dress is nice pants/nice shirt
- 2nd Beach trip payment must be in by this meeting
- Everything over by 8pm

May 30 |
Annual Banquet for George Washington Lodge |
- Social time begins at 6pm
- Auction for building project begins at 6:30pm
- We will receive the Grand Lodge officers at approximately 7pm
- To be held at Chambersburg Church of God (where bball practice was)
- Dress is nice shirt and pants with coat and tie preferred
- The chapter will help with the clean-up after the banquet
- Special guest for the banquet is the RWGM Stephen Gardner

30 - 31 |
Lock-in and Gaming Session |
- After the banquet the chapter will help clean-up then travel to the
Lodge for the lock-in
- Mom and Dad Glasby will be run the first session of our new game
- Casual dress
- Breakfast will be provided
- Members asked to bring their own snacks
- Pick-up from Lodge by 10am on May 31

June 8 |
Cook out and Closet/Lodge Clean-up |
- Doors open at 6pm
- Dinner will be a cook-out on a grill at the Lodge
- We will be cleaning out our closet and helping to clean-up
the Lodge grounds for a Masonic Service project
- Everything over by 8pm

13 - 15 |
Annual Beach Trip to Wildwood Crest |
- Depart Chambersburg at 7am
- Depart Carlisle at 7:30am
- We will be staying at the Crusader hotel again in Wildwood Crest
- Continental Breakfasts, lunches (sandwiches) and dinners (i.e. pizza,
chicken) will be provided
- Money for rest stop food and on the boardwalk to be member expense
- Return on June 15 at approximately 4pm in Carlisle (4:30 Cbg)

D & D Gaming Session in Carlsle |
- Location TBA
- Game starts at 2pm and will run until 8pm
- Dinner to be provided

July 13 |
Ritual Practice & Video Game Night |
- Doors open at 5:30 for ritual practice
- Light supper will be provided
- Bring your favorite video games/systems for after rehearsal
- Nice casual dress for the evening
- Everything over by 8pm

Pennsylvania DeMolay State Convention |
- Depart C-burg @ TBA; Carlisle @ TBA
- Convention will be held at the Chateau Resort in Tannersville, PA
- Nice casual as well as coat and tie are needed for events
- Proper clothing for white water rafting or paintball if participating
- Return Sunday @ TBA

PA DeMolay Softball/Bowling/Tennis Tournaments |
- Depart C-burg @ TBA; Carlisle @ TBA
- Travel to Patton campus for tournament
- Proper clothing for sporting events needed
- Return Sunday approximately noon

Pennsylvania DeMolay KeyMan Conference |
- Members responsible for transportation (need to arrive by TBA)
- The KeyMan Leadership Conference is held at Patton campus in E-town
- Nice casual as well as coat and tie are needed for events
- Everything over on Saturday August 9 by TBA

- Depart Chambersburg at 1:30pm for Carlisle
- Everything begins at 2pm
- Bring your pool gear
- Members are asked to bring TBA

- Depart C-burg @ 2:15pm
- Travel to the Sports Emporium in carlisle for laser tag
- Nice casual dress
- Ritual practice will be held at TBA

- Everything over around TBA, Return to Chambersburg TBA

- Doors open at Lodge in Chambersburg at 2pm
- Ritual practice to be held after game session
